Great OTC Hearing Aid

I have been using hearing aids for nearly 10 years, and I must say Alpha is exceptional. I am highly satisfied with their performance as they are user-friendly and allow for easy volume adjustments. It is truly a wonderful experience to hear again.

Excellent quality and service

Very pleased with them. I purchased my Alpha about two months ago. The volume can be adjusted in each ear independently (my left ear is more impaired than my right ear). The modes can be changed to General, Restaurant, outdoor, and TV. Overall, they're easy to use, very comfortable, and definitely work for my hearing loss.
